Project management at Kovren means knowing who owns which workstream — design intent,
supplier coordination, proofs and approvals, logistics, and client communication — and
keeping those threads from tangling. We set milestones before the work runs hot, call out
risk early, and stay in the conversation until what ships matches what was agreed.
On larger builds we are comfortable partnering with ownership that holds on-site execution
while we hold supplier and specification discipline — or the inverse, depending on the
project. The habit is the same for fabrication programs in Warwick:

Negotin, Serbia · Children’s entertainment & play
Local ownership purchased a blank canvas — an empty space — and
the Kovren Team collaborated to develop the vision: how the experience
should feel, read, and move in the room before anything was built.
The Kovren Team led all collaboration with suppliers —
sourcing, specifications, approvals, and the back-and-forth required to keep intent intact
through production and delivery. On site, the owner managed construction
— trades, schedule, and physical execution — while the two tracks stayed aligned so
decisions landed in the right order.
The Kovren Team handles marketing management for the
project: the full social media program and the property’s
web presence, so public-facing channels stay consistent with the
experience being built on the floor.

Custom fabrication & production
Kovren’s day-to-day output — laser engraving, 3D printing, DTF apparel, stickers, related
fabrication, and website design when it is part of the engagement — is produced in-house
