Who we are
Kovren is a precision custom fabrication studio based in Warwick, New York, owned and operated by Matthew and Vesna Paupst. We provide end-to-end custom manufacturing services to businesses and individual consumers across the United States — with no minimum order quantity and no compromise on quality, regardless of run size.
We are not a warehouse. We are not a high-volume distributor. We are a two-person studio where every order is handled personally, inspected before it ships, and treated as if it’s the only one — because to the customer who placed it, it is.
Full-service capabilities
Kovren manages the complete project lifecycle — from design consultation through final delivery. Our full-service capabilities include:
- Design assistance — We work with clients who have a concept but no production-ready files. We bridge the gap from idea to output.
- Logistics coordination — We handle all packing, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking. Customers are not responsible for managing fulfillment logistics.
- Certifications & documentation — We coordinate the certifications and compliance documentation required for commercial and institutional orders.
- Proofing process — Every order with a custom design receives a proof for client approval before production begins.

Leadership
Matthew Paupst
CEO & co-founder
Matthew studied theatrical lighting design at SUNY Purchase and built a career executing precision installations for premier hotel properties and private residences across Las Vegas, as well as for high-profile Hollywood clientele. His background instilled an exacting standard for detail and a client service philosophy centered on delivering perfection — not approximating it. He brings that standard to every Kovren project.
Vesna Paupst
COO & co-founder
Vesna is a registered nurse with clinical training in identifying not just details, but critical details — a discipline that directly informs how Kovren approaches quality control and client communication. Born in Chicago and shaped by her years in Negotin, Serbia, she brings a distinctive cross-cultural design perspective to the studio’s work. She contributes creative direction on HyperNova, a children’s entertainment and play space in Negotin, Serbia — a partnership with local ownership that started from a blank canvas. The Kovren Team worked with the owners to develop the vision, led all supplier collaboration, and aligned design intent while the owner managed on-site construction. The Kovren Team also leads marketing management for HyperNova — social media and web presence — so the public story matches the build. That approach demonstrates how Kovren conceives and steers complex environments with no off-the-shelf playbook.
Together, Matthew and Vesna bring complementary expertise in precision execution, customer service, clinical attention to detail, and creative design — a combination that defines the Kovren standard.
